Our Community has a new lot monitoring company that will be patrolling the parking lots for violations and will have vehicles towed at the owner’s expense.

The towing company can be contacted at (954) 696-9776 if someone else is parked in their assigned space.

Parking Information

To qualify for a Parking decal, you must provide the following:

A signed copy of your lease (signed by all parties);
Condo approval for renters/tenants – If you have not been approved by the condo board to reside at Deerfield Palms you will not qualify for a decal AND YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED;
Your valid driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance;
A fee of $30.00 is payable at the time of application. Payment can be made via the application link.
